As you might know there are many ways to invest in real estate without using hard money. Hard money is a tool and it makes sense to use it when the situation is right. In my case I have never used hard money in over 20 years of investing though I have made loans to others on hard money terms. Hard money works well in some markets but will not work in other markets
On my blog I will be answering questions from investors. Giving back to the community and continuing something I have been doing on mailing lists and forums. Feel free to ask about hard money or other topics if you need an answer.
