A house is being flipped just two doors down from Lizzie’s. A young couple had lived in the place with one young son. One day we noticed a truck that was unloading a bunch of the furnishings. Quick as that, they moved to the other side of town. The guys who are flipping the house have been working on the place for the better part of three weeks, and on the weekends for extended periods of time, that usually start early in the morning and end late at night.
Last night Lizzie and her friend were talking to them and they said it would be done being remodeled by next Tuesday. I guess they added a bit of time on. I had talked to one of the guys last week and he was saying they were hoping to get it done by this coming weekend. What’s a couple of extra days. Just a couple of thousand dollars(hopefully not more).
Well we will be watching and antipating the outcome of this flip. We are hoping they make a bundle, because that will help us out when we eventually decide to sell Lizzies place.

Just noticed a sign out front. The house is being sold by Century 21 and is going for about 160,000.

Hopefully it sells for $160K. I was reading through your flipping “series” and found it quite interesting. Just dropping by to say hi!

It’s smart to wait for a couple of months and then buy properties, flip them and wait until the markets go up again.

A place like that being flipped right about now would be good if you can pick it up as a foreclosure otherwise its overpriced.

Flipped houses are indeed revenue-generating assets for investors.
But, it’s smart to wait for a couple of months and then buy properties, flip them and wait until the markets go up again.
However, there’s a need for financial assistance for those who would want to engage in this kind of endeavor then, this can be of great help for those investors who might need to meet hard money lenders. You may try to check this site: http://www.rehabhardmoney.com
Well, again more power to you!

Flipping seems to be a good way to make extra money, but how is that business model affected by the current recession? People who have a few bucks to invest and a bit of energy and know-how may want to look into this now, with the current savings interest rate where they are now.
